Why do you require my flight number if I arrive by plane?
It is important that the suppliers know your flight number in case your flight is delayed. This will avoid that you will find the office closed if you arrive out of office hours. At some airports our suppliers do not have a desk inside the terminal and offer a meet & greet service. You will find all the details of the exact meeting point in the confirmation we send you. In case your flight number is known the staff from our suppliers will ALWAYS wait for you in the office or at the meeting point, no matter how late the flight arrives. We cannot accept responsability for a failed delivery in case the flight number was not supplied on time.
What if my flight is delayed?
As long as we have been notified of the flight number before you travel and there is an out of hour service available, the car rental partners will wait for you (although an out of hours charge payable locally may occur.)
Does my credit card cover the Insurance Excess?
If you choose to rely on your credit card, we strongly recommend that you fully understand the terms and conditions of any cover provided by your credit card company before you decline any of the optional insurance services.

The staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful and the rental car was in very good condition and almost new with very low mileage.
