Mi credit card has not been accepted by the online payment system?
We accept payment with Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express. At the moment we cannot not accept payments with debitcards or other cards than the aforementioned. If your credit card complies with these criteria please doublecheck that you introduced the correct number (without spaces or hyphens) and that you used the correct expiry date. Sometimes a technical problem or a failure in the conexion may be the cause that your card is not accepted. Can I add additional drivers?
Additional drivers are allowed at all locations, though they must meet the minimum age requirements, present a valid driver's license and credit card, and have a clean driving record. There may be a surcharge for an additional driver. The cost of a daily surcharge depends on the car hire company.
How old are the vehicles?
The vehicles supplied are usually less than 8 months old and in excellent mechanical conditions.
